In the district region of Sirmour within the state of Himachal Pradesh (India), there is an organization working to create development in the rural communities. This part of the Sirmour district belongs to the less fortunate class. There are no educational facilities to provide technical or graduate level degrees and certifications.
SIDHI has formed a voluntary group who is currently working to establish more employment resources for it's villages and communities while also being a catalyst for environmental awareness and protection.
Through creating programs and classes in different areas from computer management, textile handicraft and basic living skills the overall health, mentality and sense of well being will be upgrade to a higher standard of living.
